Giddy is here to eliminate the negative emotions commonly experienced. We emphasize the importance of genuine and honest interactions - users can trust Giddy to prioritize authenticity and accountability of its members above all else.
Here’s how:
* Giddy understands your time is valuable. Each person has up to 7 conversation spots to fill at a time - so every interaction is taken seriously. A conversation can begin by a mutually accepted chat request. This can be initiated when commenting on a profile photo or prompt directly, or choose someone from your match list.
* No more wasted conversations. Once mutually agreed upon, a 10-day countdown to explore the connection starts.
NUDGE, NUDGE
*After a few days of inactivity in the chat, we send a little nudge to the ‘Ghoster’ to move things forward. Feel Stuck? We offer text suggestions to help you re-engage the conversation. We make it easy to unmatch if you’re not interested in pursuing the connection anymore - because no one should be left wondering where they stand.
AWAY MESSAGE FEATURE
* You’re busy, they’re busy. Set a customized away message to let your connections know when it’s just that. Interact with others in the same way you desire to be treated.We encourage our members to strive for personal growth and accountability.
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR BAD BEHAVIOR

Worst dating app ever
To everyone thinking because this app have a lot of GREAT REVIEWS let me download it DONT!!!!!!! I know after I post my review they probably going to delete it, they use real celebrities pictures pretending it’s them (fraudulent)you would never get a match unless you pay, they only show you people from other countries not from you area, according to them you have to pay to see peoples from your area, they make you wait literally 8 hours to verify your page also you can’t use the app while waiting to get verified and when you finally get verified the only decent people are fake, everything on here you have to pay for it, I’m starting to think all the great reviews are fake, DONT WASTES YOUR TIME BY DOWNLOADING THIS APP ITS LITERALLY THE WORST!!!!!!!!!
More Dumb, Shallow Swiping
Gone are the days, it seems (inexplicably and tragically) in which you could find apps & sites with actual substance where you could really get an idea for what people are like, interact with a community, and get to know new friends & potential romantic partners based on more than just a picture (like the great old My Yearbook, which was later renamed MeetMe and eventually ruined as well with these dumb trends).
This is just dumb swiping where you’re deciding on who you like based on a picture? I didn’t give it 1 star simply because it could technically be worse. You could be limited to only 1 picture and have no bio at all. On this one you can have a few pics, and technically a “bio” (basically an extremely short sentence or two, with about the same number of characters as a tweet—i think 20 less, actually). But that’s not much better. All this has is swiping. No real profiles, no community, meaningful posts, it’s just super shallow. I don’t have a clue if i’d have any interest in actually getting to know someone based only on a picture.....?
Also, they expect you to pay for a couple of other basic features. But no thanks. Even free isn’t worth the time for me here. Why are so many apps like this now?

Greetings fellow iPhone users and dating hunters! If you’re looking for a beautifully crafted dating app that helps you find good, honest people such as yourself without having to deal with unwanted attention from possible perverts and pedophiles, then this app is for you.
Not only do I like the fact that this app verifies your profile information by having you make certain poses with your camera and comparing that image to another photo of yourself, I also like that the app stays true to its name by allowing you to swipe left to skip anyone whom you’re not really interested in meeting with and to swipe right if you think the person might be worth meeting. Many of the different dating apps and websites that I’ve come across are usually both unattractive and downright dangerous, given that most of those sites contain bots and other creepy computer crawlies.
I also like that the app contains a map and allows you to access some of your information from Facebook and Instagram without arousing suspicion amongst your friends, both of which make it easier to find people and know where to hang out at.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is new to the dating app scene. It’s really nice to know that the people who created Flip are a bunch of creative, intelligent, beautiful geniuses who know how to turn a dating app into a beautiful piece of workable, practical art. :)
