Easy to pay bill
The only thing I would change is an option to view total owed and what is past due together on one screen otherwise it’s great all and user friendly
Nothing works!
Nothing works. I tried the new site & I can’t get my balance or even talk with someone since you changed all the numbers for our accounts. I can’t pay if you don’t allow me to know my balance. I thought the mobile was being updated & not to the old school website method. You need younger development leaders who can connect the app to the website. This is a poor implementation & Ive implemented apps for banks. Reinstate the old & don’t put people through this stress during a holiday.
User Friendly ☺️
This App is easy to understand. All the things that you need in just one click. Even those elders (like my Mom- 78 yrs young) can easily navigate it.. We enjoy & like very much this App. Good job👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻!!!
