Constant struggles

Often refuses to sync. Logging out and in doesn’t resolve. Very random.

Worest App Ever

I never write reviews but this has been the worest expirence… I had 20 tickets to transfer to friends and it has been a nightmare in terms of the app timing out or the transfer button not working at all … etc…. I am very disappointed and not user friendly. Plan ahead if you are distributing tickets or selling.

Do your job RK and fix this app!

Awful, disappointing

For the amount of money people spend at Pats Place, Gillette, as Revs or Pats members and the countless events there … you would think the Kraft Group would toss a little technology money over and make an app that is halfway decent.

I’m constantly being bumped out, reloading and freezing trying to navigate. Nothing makes sense. Do better!
