My right knee has been hurting for a while. How to keep doing physical exercises without worsening my knee, or even better to help heal my knee, I need a prescribed training plan. The ginkgo health came in a perfect timing. I was able to project/mirror my phone to a projector screen on the wall, and it is superb! I love the pace and how the arrangement are organized, and I love the 360 degree rotation feature of my digital twins so that I can see his movements clearly from all the angles. I also learned quite some knowledge from Dr. Ginkgo about how each exercise is improving your body in general, which is very instrumental. I am adding two more family members to try it out. It is great to have a personal trainer who can advise you anytime you want help! I believe with more help of the embedded AI technology, it will be more and more personalized and customized to fit your own needs and medical or health conditions. It is a wonderful product and I have a very high hope for its future versions with more enhanced features to come!
