Half Happy!
I downloaded this app so I could get the rewards & such but I have a problem with the app not giving me cheese on my order. It clearly states under toppings “extra cheese” which I didn’t want so I toggled it off but apparently that tells Giovanni’s I didn’t want cheese at all. Please fix this, calling the store didn’t matter, they said they don’t have any idea of how the app works. So frustrated.
Honest Review
User interface is rather rough. The way you need to add menu items into your cart feels wrong as if you’re going to lose your order progress. It took me a couple of minutes to understand and I could only imagine what it’s like for someone older who isn’t tech savvy to go through that same process. The order tracker doesn’t work either— like, at all. It feels as if this app was rushed and was put together with a laughable budget at the expense of the customers convenience.
I’d give it a 5 star BUT
App is super easy to navigate and it’s very user friendly when adding ingredients and how you want them. HOWEVER, the part that really gets me is how it doesn’t work for military discount which would be fine if I had the option to pay at pickup. Maybe add the “pay at pickup” feature to allow military discount to be added.
