I absolutely love the new app —form and features, both… Much more user-friendly, sleek, clear to navigate. Very much appreciate the ease of adding an external account. I was thinking of leaving Glacier Bank because I need to use a credit union as well, but based on this new ease-of-use, I will likely use Glacier for most of my day to day banking needs. Thanks for the improvements.

New app review
The new app is not usher friendly. Deposits take far longer than before. Venmo’s even when you pay for instant transfer do not hit the account until the next day. At that rate I shouldn’t have to pay for instant transfer. My checks use to post immediately and now it’s 12-24 hrs. Also warning your customers the app is changing before rolling it out and disabling the original one would have been a nice heads up. I spent three days thinking I was typing something in wrong or something was wrong with my phone. I then had to hold for a substantial amount of time to speak with someone who couldn’t walk me through how the app worked because “they just rolled it out on us we don’t know how to navigate it either”. Highly frustrating. I’ve banked with you guys for years and never had any issues in any area of the bank until now. Not having access to my money immediately is the biggest loss for me.

Love the upgrade!
I love all the new and amazing features in the app. From being able to message my bank directly and skipping a phone, adding my own traveling messages for my debit card, being able to transfer to and from another banking institution I have to being able to customize my dashboard. Overall very easy and user friendly app!!
