Glauco is the first cloud application that supports pleasure boating in the digitization of after-sales services. Single interface for different user types. Sharing yacht data using the e-Yacht ID has never been so quick and easy. Glauco allows you to manage your service network by improving its connections and, at the same time, it allows you to measure the level of customer satisfaction.
- e-Yacht-ID: everything you need to know about your Yacht is just a click away
- Yacht Delivery: detailed check-lists to supervise what happens on board when a new boat is delivered or simply check-in and check-out when entering and leaving a service yard.
- Management of assistance requests: do you have a problem on your Yacht? Request assistance. Do it right.
- Check the customer's request. Update it when an activity has been completed. Report the costs incurred. Improve by analyzing the collected data.
- Service network: join the largest service network. Locate the construction site closest to you, acquire its contact details and get in touch.
