Check on some things before you use it

Ive enjoyed the app and I was skeptical because of some of the reviews people put on it. Read how to ride because some people assumed it would just go when you press the throttle, you actually need to give it a little push. Make sure there’s scooters in your city. Support has gotten a lot better to communicate with. So overall I think it’s an amazing app just make sure you know how to use it and it’s what you want!!

Great app but needs some fixing asap...

The app is great and all and it has some high-quality scooters. I always take the scooter to go to class way quicker and it helps a lot. The only problem that I’ve had with this app is that the “end ride” button is broken. It’s stuck in a loop that it is processing to end the ride but it does not end the ride. They need to fix this ASAP so it doesn’t keep charging me for the ride even though I just stopped using it. Even if the user forgets to end the ride, There should be a mechanism where if the scooter is inactive for five minutes or something like that and automatically end the ride for you. That would be very helpful for many users. Please fix!

Extremely fun

I have rode the glide scooters on several occasions and have had nothing. But positive experiences. On one occasion I did have trouble getting my scooter going and unlocking my app, after I reached out to the admin team they quickly and efficiently resolved my problems so I may return to my gliding.
