GliGo Watch 4+

I understand that this was an IndieGoGo backing, so my expectations honestly weren't very high. I had hoped, however, for more and better English language documentation. I occasionally get error messages in the app that are only Chinese. Measurements are only in metric and are limited. Initial weight setup and the weight list in Settings are different and don't go high enough. The links for the manual don't work. I'm concerned that the heart rate function is incorrect (I have to check), and the sleep monitor is not functioning at all.

For over a week every time I try to delete, redo load, and run this app, IT TOTALLY CRASHES AND WON'T RUN AT ALL.
It is terrible. The app doesn't work and Gligo apparently does NOT CARE, no fixes, no email back to me, and no email listed here for contact. How do they get away with this??
Company MUST FIX THEIR APP ASAP!!!!

I am writing a review because the in-app feedback feature seems broken. You can write something but there is no button to send.

The app has some good features and the basic mechanism of pairing seems to work solidly.

The alarm configuration, which is the main reason why I got this watch, has a flaw. On my iPod Touch 6th gen, the day-of-week setting is too wide for the screen. I cannot see “Sat” so I can’t set an alarm for Saturday at all. It should be a scrolling widget or something so on smaller screens you can still hit that button.

Please fix this and I will amend my review. Thanks.
