What a waste!
You can see pretty much everything worth seeing from this thing in a half hour.
The prices are ridiculous. Far more is available for free from Google or Bing maps. This doesn't even allow users to zoom in to street mode and, at best, they might provide one or two photos that they probably got from a royalty-free image site.
SCAM
I wanted Google Earth, and this is what I found.
Mac trackpad commands don't work the way they do on other map apps. The search window takes up maybe 20% of the screen, and I could not find a way to close it. Scrolling by hand takes several sweeps to twist the "earth" by just a few degrees. Changing the angle of view? Couldn't figure it out. I signed up for the 1-month as a test ($20/month; $50/year). I've already spent more time on how to cancel (and prevent what will be $20/month if I don't or CAN'T cancel) than I have spent trying to navigate this app. I would not recommend this app to anyone.
Can't use search or view maps.
The purchase dialog box keeps coming up. I bought the premium version once. Not doing it again.
