New favorite
I give it a five star without being harsh at all. I’m constantly looking for new games. I found this one as I was scrolling and thought everything about it was so cute. I started playing and was hooked. Just like any other game there’s only a certain amount of levels. When I came to find out that there were only 80, I was bummed. But I realized the game hasn’t been out that long at all. I gave it a few days and sure enough an update came out with bug fixes more levels and new fun things to add to the game. I think people need to calm down about the level situation. There’s no adds unless you want adds. There’s cute characters you collect along the way. So while I was waiting for new levels I continued to collect some friends. It’s the right amount of easy and delicacy with a challenge. Overall it’s a great game and people need to be patient.
Beautiful lil puzzle game!
I go through games like water, a lot of them are so same-y that they’re forgettable. But Glompa has something special! I keep coming back to it & defeating levels again to beat my own high score while I wait for new content.
The character designs are top notch cute & the UI is rly nice to interact with (try tapping on the bg characters when playing a puzzle!). I like the collectible elements of hatching a new character, they’re all so cute. I wish they did something different - like boost a stat or give you an extra move, something like that. As of right now, it’s cute but not super functional.
I’ve been playing this game ad-free which is wild in this day. You have the choice to watch an ad to get some more lives, extend your move set, or speed up the character fishing, but I think the game is rly well paced & doesn’t require these things if you don’t want them. I rly rly rly appreciate the choice to watch an ad if I choose, thank you developer!!
The puzzles vary - some take me multiple tries to get through & others are a little too breezy, but it’s a pretty solid puzzle game overall. I was excited to see new levels had been added when I checked the game this week & I’ll be following along to look forward to more!!
