Needs better customer support for the app!

The app is not working no contact for support other than an email with never a reply I can’t use y light at all I updated app the light just blinks blue again no contact to support so a waist of money I assume.. I expect problems with any equipment operated by a phone to have issues with it’s application but without. Price and without communication your corals may not appreciate however long it takes you to get a new light….

Won’t connect

I’ve had my light for 49 days and now the app won’t load up. I can’t even contact customer support for it. 100% don’t buy this.

Works well

I like the app but it isn’t very intuitive. I like that I can build my own scenes, and the scenes that come with the app are cool, but are they good for plant growth? I just use the basic app and set it for plant growth copying the spectrum from the first menu and set it for 12 hours. Needs better instructions.
