GlueMotion is designed to reduce the stress associated with creating time lapse movies by automating image correction and deflickering as it works to create an end result that’s smooth as silk and looks exactly how you imagined it in your head. Plus, this tile lapse tool is compatible with a range of different formats that will suit any photographer, amateur or professional alike. - IMPORT 100,000+ IMAGES Although it’s easy enough for casual photography fans to use, GlueMotion was created with the professional photographer in mind. The app is powerful enough to handle tens, or even hundreds, of thousands of images in just about any image format you can throw at it: JPEG, PNG, and all RAW formats supported by macOS. - BATCH EDIT IMAGES SEAMLESSLY From cropping and rotating through to exposure, saturation, and highlights or shadows, the app allows you to batch edit your images in a way that improves your end product without the need to spend hours tweaking individual photos or the risk of missing some images out of the correction process. Set one or more keyframes to adjust the temperature and tint and GlueMotion will interpolate the values in-between the keyframes. - AUTOMATE CORRECTIONS AND DEFLICKERING Inconsistent brightness levels, caused by clouds or the position of the sun, can spoil an otherwise beautiful time lapse video. GlueMotion’s deflickering engine works to analyze your images and apply the appropriate brightness correction automatically, so you can avoid that unpleasant flickering effect. - PREVIEW VIDEO AT DIFFERENT FRAME RATES When the time comes to create your time-lapse, choosing a frame rate can be tricky. The application allows you to generate a preview video with variable frame rates. So you just need to drag a slider to choose the ideal speed before starting the final encoding. - CHOOSE ANY FORMAT AND CONTAINER GlueMotion offers a range of containers, including MOV, MP4, and M4V. There’s rarely any need to use additional software to switch between formats. However, the application also allows exporting only the frames or the brightness correction if you need to use another encoding software. - EXPORT HIGH-QUALITY TIME LAPSE VIDEOS Even though GlueMotion does a lot of the hard work for you, you don’t want to risk messing up the time invested in your time lapse video by putting out a grainy or fuzzy final product. Super*Frustrated
I thought this would be good for the odd time lapse recreation until I discovered another use that has it as one of my major programs working with 8mm movie digitization.Nearly all home movie to digital converters create video with the wrong number of frames per second. I can now dump the inital video to individual tiff or jpgs and using this program reconvert ithem quickly to the same fps as the original camera used. This reults in way superior motion and gone is the "Charlie Chaplin" look. It effortlessly transforms folders of 100,00 pictures into a smooth end video. Don't be put off by the low price as it is worth way more!

It's been well worth my purchase for sure. It's very very user friendly and can set you up with a timelapse in just minutes. I especially like the options for encoding, resolution, framerate, format, etc. So if you're looking for a simple way to bring your photos into a timelapse without a paid subscription from something like photoshop, I would highly highly reccomend this to you.

I dislike playing with the buttons too much and this program offers ease of use. I'm still figuring it out but more in the shooting that this software. So far it seems a fun program with quick results. I payed for the app thinking this would reduce the chance of tracking and ads but once i read through the terms of service which contained the usual vauge ness and ambiguities, it seems this was not accompished. That is a little frustrating. One star off for that. Ill re review when i know more still a total newbie.

I've tried half a dozen apps, but GlueMotion is the first one that works perfectly *every time.* Don't be distracted by other apps that lack features, require subscriptions or which are essentially 'abandonware' - GlueMotion is what you're looking for, and it costs less than a typical weekday lunch.
