Go 615 4+

I downloaded the app a few weeks ago and wanted to really make my free trial count … so I was waiting for the perfect opportunity. I decided to try it on a vacant listing in an effort to “refresh the listing.” I was very happy with the entire experience. The app makes it super easy to take great photos - then they quickly further enhanced them for me - I can honestly say that the photos (I created with the app) look professional. I already had a floor plan and figured it would be a good test/ comparison. I’m excited to report that it only took me about 4 minutes to create a floor plan for a 1200 townhouse that is nearly identical to the one that we had professionally created. If you’re looking for a photo and floor plan solution or backup (or something you can easily demo to impress prospects), this app is a must have!

I tried this on a million dollar listing and was not disappointed. I like being able to shoot my own pics and get the angles and features I want to showcase. This allowed me to do so with my iPhone and within 12 hours I had professionally edited and lighted listing pics. The floor plan was very easy to do and turned out perfectly. I will be using this app to shoot all my pics from now on. It’s a great stand alone for a property or to supplement other listing pics or while you are waiting on your photographer. At $45 a pop you can’t go wrong!
