Definitely not easy to reload your card. Sat there inputting my card a ton of times for it not to work and had to switch to another card. Added money and then it kept scanning insufficient funds until I closed and reopened the app.
The amount you have doesn’t always show correctly and is misleading. Also you can’t just buy one ticket. You have to spend $10 and up and often this just leads to random extra change in my account. Going to try the Token Transit app instead that lets me purchase tickets at the exact cost and use Apple Pay.

I bought this due to being a daily rider and thought it would be easier than trying to find cash every morning. The card will not work, always says declined. The scanner from the phone is so unpredictable that you never know if it will work. I have money on the app that I can’t get out. It’s nothing but a hassle. Bus drivers are regularly annoyed with me trying to pay using this method. They either need to put work into this or get rid of it all together. I would give zero starts if I could.

The idea of the app is to save time and money which is awesome and definitely a plus, however sometimes it takes a while for the bus scanner to read barcodes from phone. On some buses even barcodes will scan without much effort.

If there’s a problem with the app it will take several calls to customer service before they realized that the fault is within the app or that the person helping doesn’t know how to troubleshoot to assist customers with problems.

Help agents need to be trained on how to handle calls from customers who are not tech savvy. It’s a good thing I knew a thing or two because I had to find my own solution to a problem I was having because I had forgotten my password
and I wanted to reload my account while on the road on a wet and cold day.
