Glitch
The app has a glitch in it, I’ve tried the last two weeks to make my schedule and when I input my references it said no jobs found but when I call into staffing they could see openings for the days I wanted, they canceled all of my shifts for this week and next week because I called in to have staffing make my schedule which I explained why I was calling them to make it for me, I also spoke to IT which they confirmed the glitch within the app, I could see a need for staff at one of the other hospitals they couldn’t see on their end

Great concept but doesn’t work
I was quite excited for the autonomy of scheduling with this app but have yet to find it effective in scheduling. I have to constantly delete and reinstall for the app or it continuously spins to load the info. Shifts are not available on the app to sign up for this requiring me to still call and have the representative input the shift so I can then accept the scheduling, defeating the whole purpose of it. Scheduling has not eased whatsoever but actually has become quite a burden.
