This app looks nice, and loads quickly. Some features are intuitive and easy to use. But I found when I navigated away from the training when options such as “bookmark this form” or “read more about this topic here” were offered, there was no option offered to navigate back to the training. I tried everything…looked for a button, swiped all the possible ways… and ultimately would have to restart my phone in order to reset the app. This happened several times during my training. Not the end of the world but it was time consuming and annoying.

This app is a great idea, however, it has tended to frustrate our users more than aid them. SCORM objects aren’t executed properly ending in stuck students who get stuck in a loop. Webinars and ILT’s only show overall info and do not show any details regarding the date/time the learner is scheduled for and does not allow them to select a session or join a session. Also, the app frequently loses internet connections even when other apps have no issues. The UI is not very user-friendly. It needs a lot of work and is costing out company time and money. I would consider avoiding the app altogether until it is improved to avoid making more work for yourself. I have worked with many company applications and this is by far the least polished and most “buggy”.

The Docebo app makes it easy to stay on top of training while away from your desk. Accessing and joining ILT sessions from mobile is smooth and straightforward—great for remote or hybrid teams. eLearning content loads well, and tracking progress is simple.
Some desktop features (like customized pages) don’t always carry over perfectly, but overall the app is stable, intuitive, and keeps improving. It’s a solid companion to the full platform and gets the job done for most use cases.
