Car service fine customer service HORRIBLE!
I planned a pick up from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami, there was something wrong with my online account and I called the number on the website to fix the issue and no one could help. I explained my issue and they told me to go online to correct it. 😑 I then repeated myself and these two employees stationed in Florida and Chicago kept transferring me back to each other saying neither one of them could help. After my first trip from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami I getting ready to head back when I received a phone call saying that my car was going to pick me up in 7 minutes which was 35 minutes before my scheduled pick up time. The man told me that I needed to hurry up because he would be waiting at my hotel. I rushed over to my hotel and he wasn’t even there. When I called him back he told me that he stated on the phone that he was going to pick up another guest and that he would then head back over. I told him that was not what he said, he said he would be waiting. So I’m outside for another 10 minutes and he pulls up and here is no one in the the car. Never using this service again.
App stopped working recently
I’ve used the app a number of times over the past year, and while it usually worked it wasn’t without some bugs and occasional crashes. Within the last month, it has just ceased working altogether. The splash screen loads, a progress bar appears and then .... it disappears. I can see that the app is still open, but when I try to switch to it, the same thing happens again.
Someone should fix this.
Not loading locations
I was looking to make an easy reservation through the app, but instead had an impossible time loading shuttle locations and eventually gave up. Glitch in the app: does not load location type, will not let me input address of my destination. Alternatively, I also downloaded the Go Express Shuttle app, and that too gave me trouble. I was not able to select a date, or input my own address for a hotel not listed under their "popular hotels".
