I submitted a complaint via this app and never got a response. About a month or so later I decided to email code enforcement about a noise issue. Code enforcement asked about details for my complaint. I responded and they said I have to contact SGPD for that. SGPD doesn’t assist with these type of complaints. They will tell you themselves that small type of complaints are bottom priority. So then what’s the point of having code enforcement? And what’s the point of having the option to submit a complaint if no one responds. This app needs more cause this city is falling apart and more avenues to address these issues needs to be created.
