Unable to open app

I’ve deleted and downloaded this app 3x today. I’ve recently purchased tickets through the website. The app opens to a white page and the hourglass spins but that’s all it will give me. I tried to report an issue without any luck opening the issues page. Help? Thanks! (I have ios 11 pro max)
