A must-download app in Goa for tourists

Not perfect, but it makes your time in Goa SO MUCH BETTER!!!

I would give it 5 stars on effort. 4 stars simply because it's still a little buggy on credit card entry (couldn't use my US Visa but Amex worked; also had to input my credit card number every time I added money, even when I had the CC saved in the app).

It's not reliable for requesting immediate ride requests, but scheduled rides like from hotel to the airport are perfectly timed and 3x cheaper than what others had to pay from taxi services.

The app can be buggy sometimes, but nothing that a close a reopen of the app didn't fix.

Literally saved so much money and stress of the unknown cost drivers will arbitrarily tell you.

Thank you Goa government for trying to make the area more pleasant tourists!!!

By far the worst service ever seen!

Goa Miles app and the whole system is completely flawed! They extort money, the driver never shows up and the reason they ask you to deposit first before booking any cab is so that they can charge exorbitant amount of money for cancellations.
My booking experience in Goa was worst. The driver never showed up and after trying to call him for over 10 times, he kept delaying so can charge me more cancellation charges. I was charged Whooping 800 bucks for cancellations when I almost missed my flight because of the dishonest drivers that they hire. When reported to the Goa Miles customer service, they said they cannot reimburse me the money because I was outside of 48 hours of booking. It took me more than 24 hours flight time to get back home…
I just wanted to say they are like mafia, trying to control and extort money from travelers..
I am writing this so no one falls victim again for this company!!
Stay away from this service and app!

Not a silver bullet

If they were truly interested in serving the needs of the customer they would either fix this app or allow Uber and Ola into Goa. The taxi mafia does try to ruin your vacation with outrageous shake downs just to get from point A to point B. It’s ridiculous. This app isn’t the solution as the drivers, more or less, do they what they want to do regarding accepting rides. Sometimes the app works. Sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes you can get a driver. Someones you can’t. I won’t be coming back. Getting to where you need to go when you want to go there is kind of a big deal. Having to jump hoops is unacceptable. Do not get dropped off anywhere you don’t mind staying or walking from.
