Difficulties with App and Customer Support
First, customer support is very slow to reply. Secondly, their system for picking up payroll has taken 2 weeks so far to validate my payouts to which the problem got escalated and still isn’t resolved because the tech team is behind on tickets. Third, I got paid today and now the app keeps crashing and won’t load even though a portion of my paycheck was deposited into the account. So I can’t access that either. This has been a frustrating and heartbreaking experience to have when my car broke down and I needed repairs done and now I can’t even access my paycheck after trying to get an advance for over 2 weeks now.

I can not get into my app and I just got paid!
My direct deposit came today and my app won’t even open. It’s just keeps displaying a loading screen and won’t me in my account! I need help I can even contact the customer service because it’s just tell me to go into the app that won’t load!

You experienced issues at that time because it was 2:00am in the morning, when we commonly do maintenance on the system. I do see you were able to log into the app at 3:30am when the maintenance was completed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
