Goki is the first hospitality product of its kind. We combine hardware, software & guest services to make stays better for everyone. Our properties offer a contactless guest experience, improve operational efficiencies & direct guests to their ancillary revenue streams. Spaces is our staff application, which helps you connect your Goki hardware, create master keys, generate guest PINs, manage access, run lock audits and manage your space. Connect Goki Hardware. Unbox your beautiful new Goki Smart Locks and connect them using Spaces app. Simply add a room in Spaces and connect a Smart Disc or Smart Lock to access that room. Master Keys Once your rooms are set-up you can access them with the tap of a button in Spaces or you can use the app to encode a Goki Tag wristband and let your housekeeping staff access all areas of your property. Also useful for local authorities who need access in case of an emergency - fire brigade, police, etc. Guest Access Use Spaces you generate 4-digit PINs for your guests - one-time PINs, time-based PINs and admin PINs that never expire for staff. Lock Audits Need to know who has accessed the room and at what time? There’s an app for that - Spaces! Simply retrieve a lock audit and see who has entered the room in real-time. Space Management Jump to any property easily from the app, get updates on battery status and lock health and run lock diagnoses to understand issues (and share with developers).

Absolute junk! Beware!

They do not work. Simple as that. They malfunction on a DAILY basis, we had to have almost half of ours replaced in the first three month of receiving them (6 came out of the box never working) they will try to convince you for months that it’s user error and their customer service is useless as well. They removed a bad review that I left them so it’s just shady all around. Regret ever doing business with this company, I want to rip them off our doors and mail them back.

Goki locks never work

These locks are the bane of my existence. The web page never works. I can never create a code from the desktop. The front door never syncs properly. The app barely works half the time. I have to pray that I can generate new codes. I will never use goki again.
