Doesn’t function
This thing has never really worked. Needs to be adjacent to Wi-Fi and by adjacent I mean 2 feet from the router. Which is not ideal or practical. When I call customer service they’re response was like “oh well. Sorry.”
I set up the schedule, but then it inexplicable disappeared three weeks later.
Three months in the on/off switch doesn’t work. It’s stuck on 24 degrees. None of the buttons work and I can’t access it through the app. Honestly, just the worst space heater I’ve ever owned.
If you want a headache, buy this product. If you want a heater I would recommend literally ANY other product over this one.
Big brother in sheep’s clothing
You can’t do anything with the app without registering an account; literally the entire app is basically paywalled with your personal details as required payment. And the privacy policy is outright Orwellian. Why is the app sending constant data packets to Facebook Graph? No way am I buying any more of this brand’s fans, and there’s no way this one is ever connecting to my wifi network.
