From the App you can not only book your car or access the Goldcar network of offices spread over 9 countries, you can also: Access HELP: providing direct access to the roadside assistance service and helpful FAQs. You can also request an invoice for a contracted service. And in case you unfortunately suffer an accident or the theft of your car, from the app we provide a simple guide to notify us automatically with all the details, making the management associated with these incidents more flexible. The App does not work as expected
Trying to use this app to manage a reservation I made for a car. Initially I was able to see my booking and go to the voucher but when trying to add it to my wallet app it would not work. Now when I use the app there is no current booking information or anything in the booking history despite the reservation showing up in my account online. The app is not helpful whatsoever and actually makes the rental reservation process very frustrating.
Awful app and website
Impossible to make a car reservation!!! Both app and site are full of bugs and make it impossible to make car reservation!!! I have tried from every computer for the last 12 hours and it doesn’t work! Just awful!
