Can’t use unless you update

I like how I had to wait in the parking lot to wait for the app to update since it wouldn’t even let me use the barcode screen to scan at the entrance.

Not enough credits?

This app used to work fine until it just didn’t at all anymore. Whenever I try to sign up for classes I get a message saying “not enough credits”. One person in Corporate told me that meant the class was fully booked which turned out to be not accurate since some rare times, after getting the credits message I’d get another one saying class was booked.
Front desk and managers say they’ve never seen this message before which is helpless since no one knows how to fix it. Sent a message to support in the app and never heard back from anyone.

Unable to log in.

I have my barcode number. I tried to login using my correct email and barcode number and it would not let me. I tried to reset my password but the system will not send me a link to my email.

There is no information on the app that I can see to contact for support regarding this. This review is my only hope for resolving this issue it appears. I asked some people at one of the golds gym I go to and they did not even know there was an app!
