Awful service

Where to start... I’ve had the service for about 10 days. Of those 10 days I’ve been able to watch content only 3 days!!! The service has been down for over 5 straight days now. When I contact support they say that they are working on the issue and will have it fixed soon. When you ask them about the money and if you will be reimbursed for the lack of service all of the sudden they stop answering. When the service works, it’s good, but I haven’t had much of that...

Worst and worst

First we couldn’t watch the Ecuadorian league although we were paying for it, and it was advertised on your website and app. Now they fix it. But I can’t airplay it to any of my tvs at all. It gives an error all the time. Is it so difficult to address/fix this issues that multiple people are complaining at the same time? You guys have to do better

Worst app ever

I have used this app for a few years since there are no real option for watching the Uruguayan league live. There are constant issues and it is a true test of the user’s patience and mental stability. They must have the worst developers in history working on this awful app.
