Excellent - Convenient - Effective
As a new homeowner, I have come to really appreciate this app. I can report an issue, pay my bill, stay updated on what’s happening in Modesto, etc. it’s all there. Recently, I reported an issue and within one week the issue was resolved. I really appreciate the city’s efforts to assist the citizens of Modesto.

I'm deleting this app. COM employees don't respond to anything of the post or questions in a timely manner and when they do they respond with it's ok it's supposed to be like that. Go Modesto is meant to improve the city. I don't see that happening. Another waste by the city. Great job.
