Good to Go We Deliver 4+

I’ve been using Good To Go for a while and for the most part, the app works but it could still use some improvement. I remember the first time I used the app and it would take forever for my order to process. Today, my issue with the app is that I can’t place an order because I keep getting “the delivery service is currently closed” message despite it being open. I’ve also experienced ordering in advance but on all those occasions, the update page will show you that it has already sent the order to the business and that it is assigned a driver when instead I placed my order for a day in advance. The “contact us” portion is only a form and not a live chat with updates or a phone number to call so if there’s a mistake, you’re at the mercy of them.

As an employee of Subway and have encountered my fair share of Good to Go employees, I can tell that they all like what they're doing. Based on some of the ones' I've encountered, they are all so well rounded, funny in some cases, and is just an overall great experience with them. In fact, they always make sure that the orders are to the customer's expectations and ensures that it's complete. Their consideration and respect towards the workers of Subway are impeccable as well, so it is definitely recirpocated back.

I love that the app is easy to use, not overwhelming at all for new users. I appreciate that the restaurants are categorized to make it easier for users to find a specific cuisine. They have a great selection of restaurants as well. I was craving a burger and was able to get a combo and a dessert at a pretty good price. The delivery driver was very professional and my food was delivered fresh. Will definitely order from Good To Go again!
