How it works:
Step 1 - Select A Drop Point
Choose from a number of convenient locations on or off campus. When selecting a drop point, you will be shown the estimated wait time in minutes until the food will arrive.
Step 2 - Choose A Menu Item
Browse our multi-category menu for an item of your choice. Our menu ranges from healthy salads, to ethnic plates, to indulgent baked pastas.
Step 3 - Track Your Order
Easily track your order in the app in real time - the driver will text you when they’re on the way to your stop, and again when the food is bagged & ready to be picked up.

GoodUncle GoodFood GreatService

My usual order from GoodUncle starts with the idea that I want something fast, the more I scroll through their intelligently chef crafted meal items the more my cart fills. After ordering, my meal is delivered and I am satiated within minutes. I have never been disappointed by the quality nor the service. My meals have always been delivered with a smile and in time. Keep up the great work and quality GoodUncle!

I love the photography inside the app. It looks natural but doesn’t lack substance or style and sets the mood for what always proves to be a great customer experience.

Bad service, bad experience

Got the $8 credit for being one of the first drexel students to download the app and I got the buffalo Mac and cheese for $11. They sent the message saying they were on the way. Once they arrive, they said I have 5 mins to pick up my order or they would leave. 3 mins into this I get a call saying that I wasn’t there in 30 secs the guy would leave. I got there in time and got my food. Went back to my room to eat and the food was drowning in the buf/cheese sauce. It was pretty bad and the next morning having to run to the bathroom and got sick. I had to call off work. The next day I got an email from them askin if I would provide them with feedback on the app. I logged onto the app and was in a chat with customer service and they said “customer service responds within 5 minutes of the sent message” it’s been over 50 minutes with no response. Not likely to try this place again or recommend. Awful app and service

Disappointed

My first delivery experience was not a good one. I begin ordering knowing that delivery will take approximately 70 minutes. Annoying, but whatever, I’ll watch some football in the meantime. I go through with my order and the delivery time doesn’t change.

70 minutes later, the app has updated the delivery estimate a number of times, going up by 10 minute increments. At this point, I’m getting upset that the time I’m told to meet my driver is continually being pushed back.

110 minutes, a full hour and 50 minutes after I ordered, I get an alert. I guess it’s time to meet my driver and finally have some dinner. I open the app as I’m walking out the door to the pickup site down the street, only to learn that I need to be there in a minute and a half before my driver will leave with my food. I quicken my pace because I’m not trying to lose my food to this company, but come on, this is not a reasonable expectation of your customers.

tl;dr: My delivery time was delayed by 40 minutes but my driver was about to leave with my food after waiting for me for only 3 minutes. I’m still floored that they would’ve taken off with my food after pushing me around for nearly 2 hours.
