From when I first downloaded this app the app was good. It still is a good app but now it’s mainly good for premium users only. You’ve gotten greedy and this forces people to buy premium because you’re always making a bunch of sounds premium only. I value the time I had when I used this app. It was very helpful. Maybe one day I will give this app one more chance but for now I will no longer be using this app. It was nice in the long run.

I have the Premium plan for over a year. Upon till recently, the app was great then the new update came first they lost all my information second, they started deleting my playlist. This is happened twice to me in the last two months. I don’t know if I’m going to continue with my premium package. This is upsetting, especially since you go to all the trouble of making a playlist and then having it delete it.

I will revise my up date from before. My Playlist has been restored which I greatly appreciate. And I will say they have improved the selection of different HZ for all the areas of interest. I’m so happy the playlist has been taken care of because I use this every day. Thank you so much to the support team for taking care of this problem.

I can’t review the content of the app because since the update it will no longer allow me to access my account. (Yes, my account is current and paid for !) When I login, it asks me questions about why I listen, but I can only get through about 3/4 of the questions and then the continue button disappears and I can’t go any further. UPDATE. UPDATE UPDATE: I still cannot login as a premium user. My account lists me as a free account no matter how many times I hit the “restore account “ selection. If I go to settings, then support, and then help, I can log in to my account from under the help tab, and listen to music and save to favorites but that is it… this looks nothing like the main menu and it won’t show last played, won’t save playlist, etc. At this point, a month and a half into new subscription, I am regretting paying for the full year as I have not really been able to access my account as I should.
ANOTHER UPDATE: WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED!!!???
