This is the worst. I couldn’t even sign in. I sort of was able to once but it told me it was only available to owners of the physical journal. Well I have the physical journal but there was no way to tell it that. Then I could never try and sign in again - just kept getting “this link is expired” error. At best this company is just not competent and has a lot of problems to work out, at worst they are scamming people out of money.

There’s not much to do but scan your handwritten journal and have AI spit out a little summarized blurb. Also not a lot of functionality or ability to make account changes which is always a red flag
