Welcome to Goodsouls.

Our goal is to make delicious and healthy plant-based recipes accessible to everyone. Whether you're just curious about plant-based cooking and baking, a vegan beginner, or a long-term vegan looking for new recipes, we have vegan recipes you'll love.

All of our recipes use simple, easily available ingredients that are, when possible, unprocessed and inexpensive.

Plan each day of your week by adding recipes to your personal Meal Planner. You can then share it with friends and family through messages, email, etc.

CUSTOM COLLECTIONS
Create custom Collections such as Tasty Treats, Work Lunches, or Hiking Snacks and store your favourite recipes.

SHOPPING LIST
Add recipes to your Shopping List, and all ingredients will be consolidated and sorted by supermarket section for your convenience.

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION
Each recipe contains comprehensive nutritional information — calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, saturated fat, fibre, and sugar.

Vegan cooking made healthy, simple and beautiful

This app has everything.

My first impression was that it is aesthetically beautiful, clean, well organized and easy to navigate.

Then I started making the recipes and I’m so impressed by the simplicity (no long lists of ingredients that require going all over town to get obscure items) and easy to follow instructions. The recipes are healthy (love the nutritional/macros breakdown included), delicious and look great photographed.

My favorite function is the shopping list. I can plan out a full week of meals and there is a list that includes every ingredient across all the recipes AND it’s organized by section of the grocery store. I can check off items I already have at home and add extra items I want outside of the meals.

This app does what all lifestyle apps should do- make your life easier and save time. I wish this app was around when I first went vegan as it takes the guesswork out of it and emphasizes nutrition. I will recommend to all my plant based friends and family!

*I’m normally hesitant to spend money on apps but this is worth every cent. I immediately signed up for the yearly subscription and the price is very reasonable for the service it provides.

Super clean app

It’s not every day that you can try v1.0.0 app that is so clean and runs so smoothly! Love the simple and straightforward UI, love the recipe photos, love the subtle animations. Keep it up!
