Money spent that saves me money!

This software is the way to go. Not only is it the best priced in the market, but so is the customer service. We have had demos with several companies and tried a couple of softwares and nothing comes close. 1) it’s so simple, training is a breeze 2) they are continuously updating to add more and more features to compete with software twice the price 3) no contract 4) rockstar customer service 5) no hidden fees 6) Chris the owner is the man and is very active in the company 7) the mascot is a Gorilla! How cool is that!

If you don’t believe me, try the software for free with their trial run (one of only companies that do that).

Downtimes, loss of data and unplanned system downtimes

Support team tries their best to help but they are limited with their support as its not them doing the work. Has to be pushed to a Development team and its not the fastest when major glitches happen. They fix one thing but will break another. Job security for Dev team? Good luck on getting owner (Chris) to reach out to you and stand behind his product now especially when the system is down on a Monday and your losing revenue from not being able to book new jobs or charge credit cards. At first he was responsive but has grown beyond and we are now just another account. Least they can do is credit your account with a free month when this major stuff happens. Downtimes are NOT announced and happen in the middle of your route during week days. We have lost data also! Was good at first (5 years ago) but this latest update has been very buggy and far from ready to release from Beta. Highly recommend shopping all field software before making any switches.

This is simply a case where you can't please all people when tryng to update your product. People simply resist change. Our support team and CEO work very hard to deliver you the best application and support experience in the market. There is no team more involved in social communities like GorillaDesk and the CEO Chris. This user thinks the product and team was better 5 years ago, then they are just simply off the mark and frustrated by change. We run our beta programs for new updates 3 months in advance and allow users to provide feedback the whole way through. Check the sentiment of our overall ratings. Appreciate you.

Once you upload some documents won’t work to retire

Good luck retrieving some pictures or old documents, if you don’t have it saved somewhere else beside gorilla desk they are lost forever. And if they are important contracts that’s bad for the business. I reached out the them and they told me they will submit the info further to investigate and they “will keep they best to keep me updated “ like this doesn’t matter.
Time to pay a little extra and move to pest pac. Big mistake for me.
The message below it was the email from their dept: “ Hi, I apologize that I wasn't able to get back to you on this yesterday. We appreciate you bringing this concern to our attention. I have collected and documented all the relevant information the team needs to move it toward a proper resolution. For now I will be closing this chat. You will be updated in the future when a resolution to this ticket has been provided by the development team. I will try my best to keep you updated. Appreciate you - Carla”
