Garbage app that wouldn’t accept my Italian IBAN. I wrote in asking how or why it wasn’t being accepted. Someone (likely a bot) responded saying that “only one credit or debit card could be on the account at a time.” An IBAN has nothing to do with a debit or credit card. The IBAN is for direct account payments, which is used by the teachers to be paid by prospective students. I waited over two weeks for an additional reply after refuting this first nonsense reply. Nothing. Don’t waste your time.
