Do NOT download.

I just received an unknown phone call and was connected to a “customer service agent” from a foreign country. They tried telling me they had located suspicious activity on my Apple account, and they wanted me to download this app so they could block the person getting into my account. The agent kept interrupting me, and was overall very suspicious. As soon as a read the reviews while I was on the phone with him I flat out told him “I’m reading here this is a scamming app” he simply said “no worries ma’am” and immediately hung up on me. I almost downloaded it to, but stopped it. Unless your Apple device notifies you personally ain’t no way the Apple company gonna contact you, and to download all all that gives someone unrestricted access to your devices personal info. DON’T DOWNLOAD PLEASE! I just hope they can’t do anymore since they have my number… I did block them though.

Total Scam

Do not download this app to your iPhone. Scammers are using it to access your phone and all your accounts.
Have had everything compromised because I got caught off guard. Changing everything I have, reporting the fraud, and they’re still accessing my accounts.
Have been to the police and going back today. Now they’re putting charges through for the app on my credit card!
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
Where is this developer that they feel no responsibility? Apple needs to get rid of this app. I removed and deleted but it’s still sitting in the cloud on my phone.

Honest support

I downloaded and used this app with Sonos Customer Support and it worked great. After the customer support team was finished they specifically told me to disconnect and delete the app. So on the reviews this app is good if YOU and ONLY YOU contacted a reputable company for customer support, if a company contacts you then don’t install it. I would not have gotten my equipment fixed had it not been for this app.
