Need to get all your products on the app
I use this service for business cards, mugs, and other things. Have the iPhone app and need to order more mugs while I am on the plane and well… no luck. Please get all products on the the app. If you need help with this I have a team of developers that can whip this out in a day or two.
It’s okay.
I’ve been researching so I can to design business cards for my photography business, and I seen where GotPrints had really good reviews.
I download the app and start designing. The app is relatively easy to use but has extremely limited options when it comes to fonts and other things to use for designing. Despite this it is not the reason why I’m giving it a bad rating. In the middle of my design the app glitches and I could not get it fixed without having to complete restart my design.

So sorry we glitched on you! We have fixed such bugs, glitches and issues we had on the Beta version of our app. The latest version does not have such issues any longer. We encourage you download the latest version to see the new and improved experience on there. Thanks for letting us know
Printing and cutting is BAD!!!!!
Once you’ve upload your business cards and preview the cards being printed (sample print) it looks good but when you received the order, the printing is either off with the business cards not fully printed with the design in which the edges you can see it’s white lines if your business cards is fully colored!!!! 2nd time ordering from them and again there’s an issue!!!! First issue was the words were cutoff on the cards!!! Please don’t use this company, you can find better!
