GoWild Hunting Fishing Outdoor 12+

Hands down the best app to allow outdoorsman/women to connect from all walks of life. You can even score your trophies (kills/creels) and earn points based on current scoring methods, and see how your trophy stacks up against others! It’s like Facebook and Instagram had a baby but the drama was removed. Instead, GoWild creates a place for you to connect with others that are just as passionate about the outdoors and gives you specific “trails” of interest to follow and really connect with those who share your specific interests! I’ve learned some valuable information and from other people’s shares experiences on the “trails” that I will take to my next hunt.

Download the app, choose your passion, score your trophies, make new friends, get educated, and be a better hunter, Fisher, trapper, outdoorsman because of it!

I literally stumbled upon this app while looking for something else (can’t even remember what it was). I am so grateful that I decided to give it a try. It is the first app I open every day and the last I check before shutting down the phone. It is a very “social” app but it goes way beyond that. You can post pictures, ask for advice, share recipes and literally start to feel as if you’ve known many of these people for a long time! All this with no judgement and a sense of true camaraderie that keeps you coming back to see what new adventure someone has had in the outdoors. There is truly something for everyone; hunters, fishermen, hikers and bikers, photographers and more. If you love the outdoors, you’ll find it. The people who created all this are as real as it gets and ready to help whenever needed. A really great app!

I joined GoWild recently after hearing about it on the Rich Outdoors podcast by Mr. Cody Rich. Since setting up my account I have been able to follow some amazing people who are very inspiring and make me excited to get outside more frequently. I grew up hunting and fishing but got out of touch with it through college. Recently I have been inspired to get back out there and the support I have received so far through the community using GoWild has been helpful in supporting me and inspiring me to learn even more! It is a fantastic idea for an app, well executed in design and user experience, and really aids in connecting with the wonderful community that hunts and fishes. Many adventures are ahead of me and I can’t wait to share them through the GoWild app!
