Grab Airport by Servy
Avoid the line, order ahead
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Traveling, hungry, but don't have time to wait in line for food? Grab a better airport experience. The Grab app lets you order food from your phone and avoid the line when you pick up your order at hundreds of locations around the country. Our goal is to make your travel experience better. With Grab, you can:
• Order and securely pay for food from your phone, then walk straight to the pickup counter when your food is ready, without waiting in line
• View a map of each airport, so you don't have to wonder what restaurants and stores you're missing that may be just on the other side of the concourse
• Create an account so you can save favorite items for easy access, securely save payment methods for speedy checkout, or view past orders and get receipts emailed to you at any time

more As I work at the airport I live this app. Just like everyone today I don’t want to waste my time standing in line to order food, especially if there is a way to avoid it. I’ve been using this app for the last three months at the Phoenix airport and it has saved me hours of time waiting in line to order my food. I’ve shared this app, and will keep sharing this app with Flight Crews who have little time on the ground. They need time to eat and this app is perfect for them. They order from the plane at a gate near them. By the time they are unloaded the food is ready and they get the food they want in very little time. I wish all airport restaurants were associated with this app, and gave us this option to order from our phones to avoid the line.

I was skeptical at first but after using it I realized this is a very handy app to have. Being able to see the whole menu/prices from my phone and choosing the item was great, and they even provide a map for how to get to the restaurant you chose from your location. Not every restaurant is a participating partner, but regardless the app provides a map and listing of every restaurant in the entire airport, so you can still quickly see what your options are and how to get there.

I love this app! Great idea, but unfortunately I tried this app with the Chillis restaurant in MIA airport and it kept placing the order as not able to process. I called my card institution to let them know but everything was perfect on their side. When I came to order food in person I found out by the manager in Chili’s Too at MIA airport that unfortunately their point-of-sale was down. So before placing the meal, if you happen to see a retry issue, it’s because certain restaurants are not yet ready in their systems to facilitate grab app members. I recommend passing by in person first to verify if the app is already in use in that specific restaurant, hope it helps. Good luck Grab app!

As an employee at the DFW airport it’s hard to grab some lunch and leave the store but this app made my life SO much easier. I can order ahead of time and I can get my food delivered at my store which is so convenient and time saving. The staff is always so friendly and nice to talk to. I would give this a 10 star if it would let it!

As our gift to all Grab users, we're giving you an update the size of the Death Star (though hopefully without any critical flaws causing massive explosions).
Active Orders
- A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, you placed an order on Grab and we dumped you into the cold, unforgiving space of our Order History screen
- Now, we have completely redesigned the experience after you place an order. The app will guide you through the powerful experience of the New Orders
- You'll now have an Active Order drawer on the bottom of your screen while you have (you guessed it) an order that is active
- Swipe, tap, or Force push that drawer to expand it and see information like the status of your order, a minimap location for the restaurant, and other helpful tips or links
- Have more than one order going at the same time? Open the drawer and tap on the order you'd like to see at the top of the screen
Completed Orders & Buy It Again
- If you're the type of person who orders the same thing every day, we've got your back. We added a "Buy It Again" button, which engages the hyperdrive and sends you at lightspeed to your cart, with everything in your previous order waiting neatly for you
- After an order is completed, you can find it to buy it again on the "Orders" screen from the left sidebar
- You can also rate orders, re-email yourself the receipt, or submit your receipt to Concur or Expensify for expense tracking
- Congratulations for reading to this point, young padawan. The first ten people to see this can use the code FORCE for $5 off your next order
Don't forget to share your invite code for 20% off your next order! Send us your feedback to help@getgrab.com and let us know what you think of the update. We've got plenty more coming in 2018!

- For those of you who track your expenses like a hawk (or who are forced to do so by your evil employer), your life just got easier! You can now send your Grab receipts directly to Expensify from within the app. Just tap the Send to Expensify button on the Orders screen.
- We like keeping up with hip trends, so we've updated our app to work with this new thing called "iOS 11."

* Added some helpful hints that you may see while using the app. Like, “hint, hint - don’t wait in line.” And, “You are getting verrrrry hungrrryyyyy...”
* Improved currency support as part of our grand plans for international domination! Err...expansion.
* Airport maps now work faster and smoother. Our resident scientist’s calculations suggest that our maps have improved by a factor of approximately 1 boatload.
* We’ve been feeling very nice lately, so instead of squashing bugs, we have humanely captured them, removed them from the app, and let them loose in the nearest woodland plains. They are now freely and happily roaming the countryside, looking for other apps to infest.

- Now you can rate us on the App Store without even leaving the Grab app! This update is for all you "busy" people out there who can't be bothered to switch screens and write a nice review. Yes, we know you hit "Not Now" on every single app that asks you to rate. (If we're being honest, we do the same thing.) So just throw us a 5-star and be on your busy way.
- International numbers can now be used to create accounts. This was frequently requested by many of our world-traveling secret agent users who have to keep switching burner phones, but still wanted to get Grab texts telling them when their caramel latte with soy is ready.
- Karate chopped some bugs. Yes, it's not easy to do. And yes, it usually hurts your hand. But it's all worth it in the end.

• When you hold an order, we now give you a handy orange bar at the bottom of your screen to easily view and place your held order once you're ready. Neat!
• The final order confirmation screen has been redesigned so the Hold Order feature is more prominent. There's also a little explainer about when to place your order and when to hold your order right below the two buttons, so if you find yourself panicking with indecision on which option to choose, we're there to guide you through the process.
• If you're being nice and share your referral code with a friend, you'll now get an email telling you once they've placed their first order. Because we all know the real reason you shared that code is so you could get 20% off your next order and want to know when you're getting your dang discount!
• Previously, you couldn't see items on a menu if they weren't available to order right then. That made it pretty hard to plan your breakfast order for the next morning, or look ahead to see what you'd be getting for lunch later in the day. Well, we're happy to announce that we've come to our senses. You can now see the full menu at all times of the day - any items you can't order right now are in gray.
• You'll soon begin to notice that some promo codes became awfully sticky. As in they stick to your account. And you don't have to type them in for every. single. order. Expect to see this in the next couple of weeks. If you ever get a discount code that's better than the one attached to your account, you can replace it during the checkout process. We have hereby saved you at least 10 seconds per order - huzzah!
• We've fixed some inconsistencies in our design - boring stuff like button sizes, non-matching colors, etc. If you suddenly find yourself subconsciously thinking the Grab app looks better but you just can't quite put your finger on why...now you know.
• If you enjoy using Grab, please leave us a review on the App Store! This helps others find Grab too so we can continue to make your travel better!
• If you've read this far, you deserve a cookie. The first ten people to use the code READ during checkout get $10 off their Grab order. Feel free to tweet about your excitement.
