Don’t order from them- they delivered $100 of wine to the wrong recipient
It’s COVID and instead of walking to the wine store I made a big delivery order of about $80 of wine and then tip and tax on top. Once I placed the order through the app I realized I put “410” instead of “412” for my address. I moved not too long ago from a “410” address so it was by mistake. I called a few times and there was no answer, then I emailed a few times and since it was after 8pm considered the delivery window must be closed I’ll try tomorrow. Called again as soon as the store opened and emailed once more and then decided to walk to the store. They said they delivered the order which I didn’t receive and appeared to still be pending in the app. I told them I tried to call and email immediately after I made the order to correct the address. They said it wasn’t their fault and they delivered it to the other person. They didn’t check the name that was on the apartment, they didn’t call and they didn’t ask for ID which you’re supposed to do when delivering alcohol. So now I am trying to track down my wine order from the building next door. I get it I made a mistake on the address but I tried to fix it immediately and considering everything that’s going on it’s incredible how much this place does not care about their customers.
