I have been using Gradekit for 2 years and love its speed (much faster than the official Aeries app) and color-coded design.When the new school year started, the app stopped showing my child’s classes. However, it wasn't a Gradekit issue—the official Aeries app wasn't displaying them either, so it was clearly an issue on Aeries' end. Unless I logged into the full Aeries web portal, I couldn’t check grades.I reached out to the school, but they had no idea. I contacted the Aeries app support and got zero response.As a last resort, I contacted Gradekit customer service. I honestly didn't expect much since I’m just one user out of millions, but they exceeded every expectation.They looked at debug logs and kept in touch over text for three weeks—texting me at least once a week to reassure me that they were still working on it and hadn't forgotten about me.Today, the developer messaged me to download the latest update. I’ve never been so excited to update an app... and IT WORKED! 🥹🎉 All six classes loaded beautifully!The official Aeries app is still broken, so I know this couldn't have been an easy fix. I cannot thank the developer enough. Beyond fixing the issue, I truly felt cared for as a customer. Thank you for the extraordinary service!

This app is so great! I love how you can mock grade your assignments to see the minimum score you can get on an assignment while still keeping your grade up. This app also lets you know when you open it if there have been any updates in the gradebook, it shows a little dot next to the name of the class, it looks like a bullet point. You can easily see the grade you have in your current classes, and you can tap on a specific class to see every assignment. It makes life so easy on you in this case, and it just works really well. I've had it for months and I haven't had a single problem. Hope y'all enjoy it as much as I have. Btw I'm not a crazy happy happy joy joy person, this app is just helpful and I hope it helps anyone and everyone who uses it. Good luck on y'alls grades! I'm not southern either...... xD

Guys, this is the best app to use for your grades. If you ever have a problem about logging in, you can always just text the guy he low-key response and it shows your GPA your grades without paying even though you can’t pay for some certain stuff most of the things for free are the best things you can ever get honestly, this bad is way easier to click on all you gotta do is click the app and you can already see what your grade is. You don’t actually have to go into side by Google type in your stuff, especially for home access it’s so easier and I like this app and instead the other app so you have to biceps to even see your GPA and Gradekit you can see your GPA

I opened this app this morning and read your message about this app being discontinued. I am very disappointed. After looking at the reviews of the new Aeries app it appears to be a lot more complicated and still missing some key features. Yours is simple and highly useful. I check it every day to see if any teachers have added assignments to the grade book and I am made aware of anything that is missing. The calculator is a very helpful feature that is not included in the aeries app. I’m not sure if they blocked you or if this is your choice to discontinue this app or if you are losing advertisers but I hope somehow you will continue to offer this app. All the best
