Ability to use own ringtones as alert

Wish we could choose our own alert sounds from our ringtones on the phone. The built in ones are never loud enough to wake me from sleep when I am on call. Can this be addressed otherwise the app is solid.

Using custom ringtones is in our backlog, it's not super high in priority, but we'll address it in the short future.

Ability to use other tones

Mentioned by another reviewer and dev said backlog / not priority but legit choice of tones could be the diff on us disabling other tools in favor of grafana or not. Tones legit matter to mental health of the oncall
