Description
The Graph-R is an application used to create three-dimensional contours, contour lines, wire frames, and scatter diagrams from numeric data files(CSV(comma-separated values) files). Graph setting is easy. The perspective direction can be freely changed using your mouse. Graph that are created can be saved as PNG or JPEG files. This software can be displayed STL file and Obj(WaveFront) file, VRML file(IndexedFaceSet of the triangle and the square only).
For information about the file format of numeric data(CSV(comma-separated values) file), please refer to the Instruction Manual(“Graph-R menu” -> “Help” -> “Manual”) and sample data(“Graph-R menu” -> “Help” -> “Sample Data”).

Works fine
This is a RFM product, but works great. The manual provides a sample for each type of graph showing how to make the spread sheet. The software works by the user first creating a spreadsheet in Numbers (or any spreadsheet application), then exporting it as a .CSV file. Then the .CSV file is directly opened in Graph-R and the graph is generated. Then there are a number of modifications that can control color, size, orientation, and more or less all features of the graph. It also creates 2-D views of the 3-D graph. The color coding is very helpful, particularly for complicated graphs. I like this product and for me is was very useful.
Great Product for 3D Surface Charts
Wonderful product. I needed to plot 3D surface charts based on optimization results captured in a spreadsheet. Graph-R is very easy to use and worked very well for my purposes. This was much simpler than using R or Gnuplot to plot my data. Support for the product is also exceptional. I contacted the developer when I initially had a syntax issue. I received a response in less than a day, correcting my issue. I highly recommend this product.
CSV needs to be formatted to use.
I would like this program a lot more if I didn’t have to format the csv data and header to display it in this program. Rows with points, Columns with dimensions. I don’t see why the csv needs a header, and if it does why I can’t have it generate it.
