    Terrible app, terrible service

    I tried to use the free trial & cancel it (immediately, after obtaining it) as I do for any app asking me to pay so that I don’t forget to cancel it after, never had an issue & always able to still use the apps until the end of the trial period canceled or not. When I exited this app & reopened I had to repeat the same procedure of getting the trial & canceling it for some reason but since I canceled the old one already I just did it again since it wasn’t registering. Days later I am unable to download an app because I have a charge of $106 to my card connected to apple from this app but I have never once wanted the actual subscription which is why I rescinded the trial immediately so I couldn’t forget to cancel it. I have been trying to reach out for 3 days now & have not gotten a response & there is no customer service number to call, terrible service & shouldn’t have to even pay for most of their services. I even see them replying to people months & even years later on here for their reviews so who knows when I’ll get a response to my emails. Pretty sure if it’s a scam app.

    We understand your concern. All subscriptions and charges are handled through Apple, and trials renew if not canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Developers don’t have control over billing, so please contact Apple Support for this. Feel free to reach out for app support anytime.

    I have questions about some of the fonts and functionality about the app, but I cannot seem to get a hold of anyone to assist. The app has a chat function that says “Our team member will be in contact with you within the next 8 hours. If you have any inquiries or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at this time.”I have questions. I’ve stated so in detail under the chat function. It has been more than 24 hours and no one has gotten back to me. I am on a time-crunch and will have to use another, more reliable app.It is also criminal that they use the same font and coloring for their logo as Canva. I was actually looking to buy the Canva app, not this one. This app is ripping off people looking for a legitimate design app with real customer support. I will put in a complaint to Apple.

    I would love to say that this is a great app that everyone should have, so I will. This is a great app that everyone should have. Only, there is a catch. Money money money. I can’t use anything on the app, and have no way of further exploring the designs without money. I can’t pay from my device, but even if I could, I wouldn’t want to. This is advertised as a free app, with in app purchases. In app purchases should still allow you to use the app without having to pay. I think apps like this should be either free or paid for. This is very unreasonable. If you don’t want to pay for an app, this one is totally a waste of your time. Sorry. And I don’t usually give such low ratings, but I feel this is a high rating for this “free app.”

  • Meets our needs

    This program meets the basic needs of our company. I have been able to create some nice material for our Social Media pages.However, it would be nice to have an undo button because it’s very easy to grab a text box that’s already on the template and move it accidentally. I’ve had this happen repeatedly and then spend a lot of time trying to put everything back where it was supposed to go.

    I only just started but through about a week of using this app I like it. The only change I would make would be if they could possibly stop asking for a review between every page I click on.. It is beyond frustrating.

    I have to PAY for this app ... why ? when my friends told me bout it they said i didn't have to pay buts now it's changed ? i thought graphics design would be sooo good but NO ! would YOU guys want to pay to see wallpapers ? i can find better ones on safari or other websites ... i thought i would really like graphics design but it's the opposite .. i would never suggest this app to anybody SO if you are seeing this please DONT GET THIS APP !! don't even get other apps by this app creator
