As such, gratitude creates positive emotions, like joy, love, and contentment, which research shows can undo the grip of negative emotions, like anxiety.

A diamond in the rough

I was looking for a simple way to be more mindful and grateful when I stumbled upon this app. It’s awesome. The free version may be perfect for you to add a bit a positivity. If so, use it, in these troubling times it’s hard to remember all the good things in your life. I got the subscription as I love the fact that is synced across devices and you can add more pics. I was just looking for a easy way to journal my thoughts but this little gem has so much more: from reminders, gratitude prompts, daily inspirational quotes, and even ways to make your own affirmations to help you focus on the the positive and your resiliency. Even if you only use the free version, please use it. The positivity and kindness that come from mindfulness, no matter how small, will create a tiny ripple in the sea of chaos. And who knows, maybe that one ripple will be the only thing that another person has in their life. We never truly know just how we affect people. Let’s try and make sure it’s kindness, empathy and compassion we spread.

Simplicity,positive,motivational and hooked

I originally bought a journal on sale a month ago but have not touched it. I also have a daily motivational that I sent a quote to my health coach. And she replied using the referral. I was intrigued cause she is always upbeat. I was hooked. What I love is it only asks what made you smile or "I am so grateful because". So many apps ask your mood and if you are sad. Angry. Depressed then you expound on negative. And I stayed in mode and was never consistent so stayed sad
Life is full of many difficult but wonderful opportunities and I learned to look at situations as a blessing and what Am I to learn from this
I am a 70 year old female still working. Full time and I slipped and fell a week ago. I am so grateful that my bruised muscles are healing and I have paid time to be off. This again makes me stop and reflect the small things
I had always dealt with depression and anxiety thru life and it was consuming me
This app has been a godsend because it does not allow any negativity. Only asks about the positivety
Another great asset is the simple daily zens that I sometimes forward is not sent with Advertisements etc like my motivational app is

Simple Gratitude

I started out with a gratitude journal, being skeptical about all the hype. But did notice a distinct change in my outlook. Once I finished up the physical journal I decided to go with an app because as I got in the habit of mentally noting what I was grateful for i often didn’t have the journal with me- but I always have my phone, lol. I spent 45 minutes browsing tons of apps and I’m so grateful to have settled on this one. It’s simple, intuitive, and I love the color schemes. I love that I could set reminders and have a non-intrusive calendar that showed me how many days I’ve been aware of all the wonderfulness in my life. Now that’s it updated, I also really really like the daily zen. It’s so simple, so refreshing and doesn’t feel like a tracking burden. On rough days, I can just scroll down and see everything that’s good. And that’s really helped my mental health. Thank you!
