The format is very nice. It's similar to the way I organized my written journal, where I entered an affirmation and the things I was grateful for. I'm so glad I can use this in place of the written journal, since I'm much faster at typing than handwriting. I also enjoy the prompts that help me reflect on my day, as well as something in the past. Thank you so much for this wonderful gratitude journal!
