Payment is not working stable

The payment authentication is not working stable or reliable. The app takes you to your banking app for confirmation but crashes then or us stuck in endless loading.The worst is that sometimes it seems that the payment went through, but it didn’t!I was fined by a conductor today because the app showed no valid ticket after purchasing one!!! That was an expensive bug!Please fix the way the payment works! The rest of the app works great but the payment needs fixing!

It would be a great app, but the “Proceed to Payment Details” button doesn’t work so it’s not possible to buy tickets. The app says that payments are processed by a company called PAY ONE, so possibly they are the problem? Whatever it is, please fix it!

Not able to buy a ticket

Downloaded the app to buy a ticket. Wasn’t possible due to the error “validFrom is too far in the past”. (Even tough you can not even choose a date for the 1 hour ticket)
