Very happy with GWB. Every location I go to is very nice and accommodating to my needs, however the app makes everything so convenient, especially with my busy travel schedule for work. PLUS I love being able to cash my checks from home - it’s so easy!

Slow to update
Switched to GW when I got married—loved my old banks app. This one is okay but with big flaws such as it can take one, two or more days for my checking account to be updated after a transaction to go through. For example, my student payment I made last week still hasn’t even shown up as pending. My old banking app this would be shown almost immediately. This makes it so that I never know if the balance shown is the true balance...basically the entire point of having the app is to know the true balance of my account. Please fix it please :)

Most of the time I love this app. However twice now it’s turned my push notifications for balances, withdrawals, deposits off. I believe this is an issue when they update their app. I’ve called it in both times and both times I’ve gotten the run around and no answer. And no it’s not the push notifications on my phone, it’s the setting on the app.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
