The app basic functions work fine like logging in and seeing bank account but Touch ID does not work as intended with two factor authentication enable. So I have TOTP(Google Authenticator, you can use any TOTP app) set up but with Touch ID it should login me automatically on my iPad and not ask me for TOTP code. It does ask for it even with Touch ID every time. Another is the app has not been updated for year. That is a bit concerning from a security stand point and I feel like Touch ID bug would have been fixed by now too.I like how this bank is one of the rare ones that uses TOTP than a phone number for two factor authentication. That is a big plus on my book. It also has random security questions it will ask for two factor authentication when not using TOTP.The reason for three stars is simple for me. The app functions normally for a bank, the app says does not collect any privacy information. That’s great news to hear, especially many of the other banking apps do for analytics. I do not mind not having the bigger features like other banking apps have. It is a local bank after all, though if the app has features that do not work properly and the app looks like there has not receive updates for a while is a big concern.

New app does not tell you properly when to our account is negative, it will place the "-" above the number amount making it appear your fine and positive on your account. Simple coding spacing error from app developers will cause you in unseen overdraft charge if you rely on their current version.
