Good app. I really like how you can msg the customer service and they reply within a business day. The only think i dont like is that they should safe the information for people that i save momey to..that way i dont have to re type it... I send money to my spouse very often and every single time i have to type the information. other than than good credit union.

i updated the app a while ago and recently got my new credit card and I couldn't activate it till april 27. that day came around and i activated it. with the new update to the app and website you now have to access a separate portal to view credit card info and make payments on it. i'm not a fan of that but fine. i go to check my credit card on the new portal and i have to put the new card number in to view transactions and everything, after i do that i see 4 transactions already on this card. 3 from the 24th of april and one from the 28th. this can't be right because i hadn't activated the card until the 27th. so i try to report the transactions and it says there's no transactions shown for that date. i go through with the report anyway, and remove the card from my account. i then get an email saying they've added a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CARD NUMBER that i do not even have to my account and that my replacement card is on the way. what is going on?????

I wish GTFCU hadn’t changed the older version of this app. The version of this app in place today, May 5th, is not as helpful as the app used to be. Here are a few examples of what I mean by this: 1. I’m required to force-close the app to get back into it every time I want to access it because I see a white/blank screen when I open the app. 2. The account dashboard no longer includes my GTFCU credit card info. I now have to be taken to an external site within the banking app to see credit card information AND make payments. It was so easy to transfer funds into my credit card from my checking before! 3. My account activity only shows the most recent transactions and a spending report of sorts. While the spending report could be helpful, I think that should be shown upon request (a button). I want to see ALL my transactions when I click on my checking account from the dashboard/main menu.
Great for checking accounts, issues with mobile deposit

It seems that every other time I try to perform a mobile deposit something will time out. When I press the submit button a second time it will complete promptly just for me to find that both deposit attempts end up submitted. So far the duplicate has been caught every time but it makes me uneasy as I don’t want to be flagged for sending in too many duplicates.Outside of mobile deposit issues, the interface is much more responsive and clean than it used to be. Certainly fewer bugs overall.
